Mintware has this reputation of developing its software after selling to its customers.

They offer 14 days money-back guarantee but by the time the customers learn that they are trapped, the money-back guarantee would be over.

They don't respond to support tickets on time.

Now the customers are left with no choice but to lick the boots of Mintware team to make their products work.

Trust me, most of the products that they have sold, don't work to date.

Whenever we encounter a problem that we have never faced before, the brain still tries to find a solution with the available maps.

This means we tend to develop opinions on what may work, which is the work of our intelligence.

Now, our minds are primed to get our opinions validated by a third party who is not part of our situation.

If this is a business problem, we seek the opinion of a consultant.

At this point and time, if the consultant makes us think, we get more uncomfortable.

If the consultant offers a magic solution in line with our own opinion on what will work, we instantly agree to the solution.

The same goes for a personal life issue also. We stay away from the friends who ask questions that make us uncomfortable.

If we are not allowing ourselves to tread an uncomfortable path, we are training ourselves to be cheated.
