I was just another “marketing consultant.”⁣⁣⁣

And that’s exactly why I was broke.⁣⁣⁣

My ads weren’t converting.⁣⁣⁣
My content was getting ignored.⁣⁣⁣
My funnels looked great but brought in the wrong leads.⁣⁣⁣

I kept tweaking everything - better copy, better targeting, better offers.⁣⁣⁣

Nothing changed.⁣⁣⁣

Then I realised the real problem…⁣⁣⁣

It wasn’t a marketing problem. I had a positioning problem.⁣⁣⁣

See, back then, I called myself a “marketing/ business consultant.”⁣⁣⁣

Sounds legit, right?⁣⁣⁣

But here’s the issue - so does everyone else.⁣⁣⁣

Wealth coach. Finance coach. Relationship coach. Business consultant.⁣ FB Ads Expert.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
These labels mean nothing to clients.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
They are vague. They blend in. They scream "Just another one of them."⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
So instead of attracting high-value clients, I attracted:⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
- People who wanted “quick tips” for free.⁣⁣⁣
- Prospects who ghosted after seeing my price.⁣⁣⁣
- Prospects who treated me like a replaceable service provider.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
And the worst part? I was making less money than people with half my skill.⁣⁣⁣

Because people don’t buy “marketing” or “coaching.”⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
They buy clear, specific, and outcome-driven solutions.⁣⁣⁣

That’s when I made a shift.⁣⁣⁣

I stopped being a “marketing consultant.”⁣⁣⁣

Here’s what most freelancers, agencies, and coaches get wrong:⁣⁣⁣

- They position themselves too broadly. If your title could fit thousands of others, it’s not positioning - it’s blending in.⁣⁣⁣

- You focus on what you do, not what clients get. No one cares about your skill set. They care about the transformation.⁣⁣

- They try to fix sales and marketing before fixing positioning. But a bad funnel, ad, or sales call is usually a positioning issue in disguise.⁣⁣⁣

If people don’t see why they should choose you, they’ll choose based on price!⁣⁣

If you've been trying the same strategy in your business for over 3 months without success, it's time to switch gears.

The key is finding the 1 thing that works for YOU and sticking to it as long as possible.

No need to scatter your focus over 5 marketing channels/ strategies if even one isn't working yet.

Double down on what works first before adding on more.

If it fails, be open to trying another way.

Sticking to one strategy even if it's not working for a long time is NOT always good advice!

Keep exploring until you unlock what resonates.

Success comes from perseverance and the willingness to pivot.

I think I should lower my prices...as no one is going to buy from me! 😔

This is what I often hear from most people whenever they face any rejection...

I know that feeling of doubt - when your Crazy Offer falls flat, the bank account goes empty & the future feels uncertain...

But my friend, lowering your price is not the real solution!!

It's a positioning problem - People don't see the value in your program!

If pricing would have been an issue, why are people buying the same thing from your competitors then?

Quick fixes like lowering prices never build a business you can be proud of. 😔

Not only it's a lazier route, but you'll face Financial issues in the future if you keep doing it!!

And you'll attract low-quality clients & your results will suffer...

✅ INSTEAD, THINK OF:

- What people truly want & value

- What would make your offer worth the money for them

- How you can position yourself & make your offer compelling

Because it is the only way to build a sustainable and profitable business that you can be proud of.

By doing this, you'll attract serious & high-quality clients...

This will further improve your client results & create more impact...

HENCE:

Keep sharing your expertise without compromise or shame.

𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗻 𝗮 $𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗞 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 👇

3 years ago, I dreamed of building a $10k/month online business…

When I entered the online space, I used to look at so many people hitting $10k, $30k, $100k & even $1million...

And I used to think, Is this even possible? Will I ever be able to do it? 🤷‍♂️

😔 Years of failures and rejection in 4 businesses (Home-Tuition, YouTube, Blogging & Freelancing) killed my self-belief and crushed my ambition to think bigger...

I started attending Webinars & Workshops of Coaches & Big Gurus...

And every time, I used to get upset after hearing about the high prices of their programs (coz I didn't have money in my bank account)...

I did a lot of trial & error but couldn't build a sustainable business...😓

Had a lot of sleepless nights wondering if I would ever be able to do anything in my life or not 😰

After being frustrated with trying so many things & still not getting anywhere...I decided to quit & get back to my Job...

One fine day, I saw a millionaire coach doing a half-day workshop & it was for a very low ticket price - I decided to enroll.

That day, I realised my mistake - I was trying to build my business single-handedly without seeking any guidance which would take me years...

I took a leap of faith, arranged funds from everywhere I could (even sold my CA preparation course to one of my friends) & paid the first installment. Btw, I have passed that exam now...

Even while making the payment, I was fearful & shivering because it was a 6 figure+ investment in India...😵‍💫

The next day, I started a new journey with my coach. We figured out a lot of mistakes I was making & got a new plan from him...

Although he guided me throughout...still it was very challenging as I had to overcome a lot of limiting beliefs, fears, imposter syndrome & more importantly to become a deserving person!

It took me almost 4.5 months to learn new skills and build my offer, systems etc...🙌

But finally, I launched my first (DFY + 1:1) offer & hit my first $4k (I was on cloud 9 that day...) and continued hitting my rev goals!

The journey continued....(it wasn't easy after that as well but I continued as I believed myself now)

I had health issues, CA exams, imposter syndrome etc. due to which I had to stop doing this for months but I never thought to quit again...

I put in the work every day. Reinvested every single rupee I made into leveling up.
And today?

⭐️ I run a thriving SIX-FIGURE coaching biz...

And it's not just me...my clients are crushing it too!!

My incredible mentor noticed my resilience and awarded me this 6-Figure Trophy to scale the mission further! 😭🙏🏻

Don't focus on going from ₹0 - ₹1 Cr.⁣

Focus on going from ₹0 - ₹10L
⁣
Then ₹10L - ₹20L
⁣
Progress to ₹20L - ₹30L
⁣
And so on until you get to ₹1 Cr.
⁣
One step at a time is the key!⁣
⁣
Many quit due to huge goals (they lose motivation very soon)⁣
⁣
Rather, start with the small goals.⁣
⁣
Don't let these marketers/ gurus sell you on these big numbers when you're not even making ₹3-5L/Mo consistently!

Don't wait to become an Authority Figure when you're starting out...

Just be a good and caring friend to potential customers and they will hire you. That's how I made over $100k (₹80L+) in the last 2 years.
