Job Title: Solar Installation Trainer
Location: Gujarat and Chhattisgarh
Language Requirement: Hindi, English and Gujarati
Job Description: A reputable solar energy company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Solar Trainer who is proficient in Hindi and Gujarati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training individuals and teams on the installation, maintenance, and operation of solar energy systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that our workforce is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development:
o Conduct training sessions in Hindi and Gujarati on solar energy systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
o Develop training materials and manuals in Hindi and Gujarati to facilitate learning.
o Assess the trainees' understanding and provide feedback to improve their skills.
2. Technical Support:
o Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.
o Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar technology and incorporate them into the training programs.
3. Program Management:
o Coordinate with the management to schedule training sessions and ensure all necessary resources are available.
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
4. Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure that all training sessions adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
o Promote a culture of safety among trainees and ensure they understand and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati language, both written and spoken.
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and their components.
• Previous experience in training or teaching, preferably in a technical field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them understandable for trainees.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in solar energy systems or a related field.
• Experience working with diverse teams and training individuals with varying levels of expertise.
