recharged my number 12 hours ago. The payment was deducted instantly, but my services are still not active.
right after the recharge, called customer care and was told there’s some issue with HDFC and ICICI bank payments and that it would be resolved within 10 minutes.
it’s been 12 HOURS now — not 10 minutes and i’m still unable to use the services i’ve already paid for.
this is absolutely unacceptable. In today’s time, paying and still not getting services feels like nothing short of a scam. Extremely disappointed with the pathetic customer support and lack of accountability.
this is daylight robbery.
