Your website exists…

But are people actually finding it?

Recently, I was looking at a business website that honestly looked good.

Clean design.
Professional branding.
Proper pages.
Everything was there.

But when I searched for their services on Google…

They were nowhere.

And this is more common than people realise.

A lot of businesses think:

ā€œWebsite ban gaya matlab online presence ho gayi.ā€

But Google doesn’t rank websites
just because they exist.

It ranks websites that help it understand:

• Who this business is for
• What problem it solves
• Why this page is relevant

And this is where most websites struggle.

Because the focus stays on design…
while clarity gets ignored.

The messaging is broad.
The service pages are vague.
The keywords are unclear.
The structure is confusing.

So even though the business is good…

Google cannot properly understand it.

And if Google cannot understand it,
people won’t discover it either.

This is one of the most common patterns I see in businesses.

They don’t want to limit themselves.

So the messaging becomes broad enough to include everyone.

A little bit for startups.
A little bit for personal brands.
A little bit for service businesses.
A little bit for creators.

And on the surface, it feels smart.

Because technically…
more people *can* relate to it.

But there’s a hidden problem.

When everyone can relate to your content,
nobody feels deeply connected to it.

The audience understands what you do.

But they don’t feel:

And that feeling matters more than most people realise.

Sometimes the best content ideas don’t come from trends.
They come from the things you genuinely enjoy.

I’ve always loved Bollywood — the storytelling, the dialogues, the emotions, the recall value.
And honestly, that’s exactly what good marketing also does.

So when a new movie releases, instead of copying trends blindly, I enjoy turning those moments into marketing observations and relatable brand communication.

Because your brand should not feel like:
ā€œanother creator following trends.ā€

It should feel like you.

Your humour.
Your references.
Your way of seeing the world.

That’s what makes content memorable.

But they are still difficult to find.

And that creates a silent problem.

Because people cannot enquire from a business they never discovered.

Today, Google is often the first place people go when they need something.

They search.

They compare.

They decide.

And if your business is not showing up there…

someone else is getting that attention.

I’ve seen good businesses stay invisible for years.

Not because they lacked quality.

But because they lacked visibility.

Are you trying to be everywhere… but still not being remembered?

Recently, a founder told me:

ā€œI want to be active on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube… sab jagah.ā€

The logic felt right to them.

ā€œJitni zyada jagah dikhenge, utni growth hogi.ā€

So they started showing up everywhere.

A little bit of content here.
A little bit there.

Trying to stay consistent on every platform.

But when we looked closely…

There was one clear problem.

They were visible everywhere.

But memorable nowhere.

One thing I’ve noticed…

A lot of business owners enter social media with influencer expectations.

Views.
Likes.
Followers.

And honestly, that’s understandable.

Because that’s the visible side of social media.

But businesses and influencers are not playing the same game.

Influencers grow through attention.

Businesses grow through enquiries, trust and sales.

And somewhere in between, many people miss one important thing:

The audience journey.

Someone sees your content.

Then understands what you do.

Then trusts you.

Then enquires.

That process?

Most people know it by a fancy word now — funnel.

But honestly, it’s just customer journey.

The problem is…

Many businesses stop at visibility.

Without asking:

ā€œDid anyone move closer to buying?ā€

These are three different goals.

Lately, I’ve been noticing this pattern.

A lot of founders are constantly learning AI.

New tools.
New prompts.
New courses.

Saving everything. Trying everything.

But when you ask them a simple question:

ā€œIs it bringing enquiries?ā€

There’s usually silence.

AI can create content.
AI can automate ex*****on.

But AI cannot decide:

• What your business should focus on
• Who exactly you are speaking to
• What result you are promising

And this is where most people get stuck.

Because instead of chasing clarity,
they start chasing tools.

Then comes the second problem.

ā€œMera target audience sab hai.ā€

So their content becomes:

• Sometimes for beginners
• Sometimes for advanced users
• Sometimes completely random

And when you try to talk to everyone…

You end up connecting with no one.

The audience doesn’t feel:

Are you getting views… but still no enquiries?

I’ve noticed this pattern very often.

Founders are consistent.
They’re posting reels, carousels, stories… almost every day.

And still —
when you ask them about business…

They say,
ā€œEnquiry almost zero hai.ā€

At that point, most people assume:

Maybe content weak hai.
Maybe consistency kam hai.
Maybe algorithm support nahi kar raha.

But the real problem is rarely content.

The real problem is clarity.

When someone lands on your profile…
or watches your content…

They should instantly understand:

• What exactly do you do?
• Who is it for?
• Why should they care?
• What result can they expect?

But in most cases…

Content dekhne ke baad bhi,
audience confused reh jaati hai.

They may watch.
They may like.
And then they leave.

And when action is unclear…
