💰 Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Analyst with hands-on experience managing and optimizing high-budget digital advertising campaigns.
What We're Looking For
✔ 2–4 years of digital marketing experience
✔ Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts with ₹10 lakh+ monthly ad spend
✔ Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube)
✔ Proven track record of improving ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions
✔ Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✔ Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Canva AI is a plus
What You'll Do
Plan, manage, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPA
Conduct A/B testing and audience optimization
Prepare performance reports and recommend growth strategies
