JOB DESCRIPTION:-
We hire candidates as Business Associate,train and develop them holistically in all the functional areas of Business Management viz. Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-10 months into 5 levels of business management and will be promoted to Business Head position on the completion of the training as per the following Global Training Module (GTM).
Below mentioned are the levels of training and key responsibilities-

LEVEL 1: Management Trainee: sales&marketing / business development / customer acquisition / client representation
LEVEL 2: Corporate Trainer : HR/ training&development / recruitment process
LEVEL 3: Team Manager : Team Management / leadership development / conflict management
LEVEL 4: Asst. Business Head: Administration / operations/ finance
LEVEL 5: Business Head : Branch / Client / Human Resource Management
