Eligibility Criteria for DL in Bihar
You must meet some basic rules to apply for a driving licence
Must be at least 18 years old.
You must have a valid learning licence for the type of vehicle you want to drive.
Should hold the learning licence for at least 30 days and not more than 180 days.
You must understand basic traffic rules and road signs.
For a commercial driving licence, you must be 20 years old or above.
