Experience:
•4-6 Years experience in managing SEM/PPC/Google Ads Campaigns
•Thorough product knowledge of Google Ads
•Should be certified in Fundamentals, Search, Display, Mobile, YouTube, Shopping & Analytics
•Should have managed a team size of at least 5-10 Campaign Specialists & 2-4 Campaign Specialist Team Leaders
•Should have 1-3 years of managing Campaign Specialists Team Leaders
•Should have had experience in managing large Clients on PPC
•Should have experience in managing Digital Agencies
KRAs:
•Develops detailed and unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives
•Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
•Analyse web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
•Monitor SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
•Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget
•Foster optimal timelines
•Providing leadership and support during strategy discussion, ideation, and ex*****on
•Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and -provides solutions including rich media, site optimisation & promotional ideas
•Manages research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behaviour and key motivational/attitudinal behaviour
•Establish best practices in digital marketing and share across the team
•Stay up-to-date with digital technologies and developments
