Empathy is a Superpower.
This belief didn’t begin as a brand idea for Globro. It surfaced through a fundamental question we asked the founder, Dr. Gagan Syal: “Why do you do what you do?”
Globro is a tech-driven chat platform guiding students through every step of their study-abroad journey. But it didn’t begin with a business lens.
Two decades ago, as a student himself, Dr. Gagan was stuck at a career crossroads; uncertain and searching for clarity. At that moment, someone chose to help. Not to sell or advise from a distance, but to guide and stand beside him. That act of kindness felt like a superpower; a spark of clarity that changed his life’s direction.
He carried that forward. Leaving a successful career in Germany, returning to India, and embedding empathy into everything he built in education; so students wouldn’t have to navigate life-defining decisions without timely, trustworthy guidance. Because he recognised the same challenge repeating for Gen Z today: information overload, conflicting advice, algorithmic noise, and clarity arriving too late.
That belief: Empathy is a Superpower became the foundation of Globro. For a generation scrolling through noise, it uses technology to deliver clarity with care, right when it’s needed.
We shaped this belief through the Spark; where empathetic guidance meets need and confusion turns into direction. It lives across the design, not just the logo, from warm, human visuals to character illustrations, allowing empathy to scale beyond a logo into conversations, interfaces, and everyday touchpoints.
Sometimes, you don’t need to force connections to arrive at a belief. You simply need to ask the right questions and listen like a human. When you do, authentic intent surfaces on its own. And that intent becomes the strongest, most honest foundation for a brand’s voice.
