Empathy is a Superpower.

This belief didn’t begin as a brand idea for Globro. It surfaced through a fundamental question we asked the founder, Dr. Gagan Syal: “Why do you do what you do?”

Globro is a tech-driven chat platform guiding students through every step of their study-abroad journey. But it didn’t begin with a business lens.

Two decades ago, as a student himself, Dr. Gagan was stuck at a career crossroads; uncertain and searching for clarity. At that moment, someone chose to help. Not to sell or advise from a distance, but to guide and stand beside him. That act of kindness felt like a superpower; a spark of clarity that changed his life’s direction.

He carried that forward. Leaving a successful career in Germany, returning to India, and embedding empathy into everything he built in education; so students wouldn’t have to navigate life-defining decisions without timely, trustworthy guidance. Because he recognised the same challenge repeating for Gen Z today: information overload, conflicting advice, algorithmic noise, and clarity arriving too late.

That belief: Empathy is a Superpower became the foundation of Globro. For a generation scrolling through noise, it uses technology to deliver clarity with care, right when it’s needed.

We shaped this belief through the Spark; where empathetic guidance meets need and confusion turns into direction. It lives across the design, not just the logo, from warm, human visuals to character illustrations, allowing empathy to scale beyond a logo into conversations, interfaces, and everyday touchpoints.

Sometimes, you don’t need to force connections to arrive at a belief. You simply need to ask the right questions and listen like a human. When you do, authentic intent surfaces on its own. And that intent becomes the strongest, most honest foundation for a brand’s voice.

The founders of Good Eggs, Arun and Avinash Reddy, second-generation poultry farmers and food entrepreneurs based in Hyderabad, approached us with a vision that was both deeply personal and quietly radical. Their belief was simple yet powerful: eggs are not commodities, but sources of life, care, and nourishment and the way they are produced truly matters.

With over 30 years of hands-on farming experience, a strong focus on nutritional engineering, and an uncompromising commitment to honesty and sustainability, they had spent years obsessively refining what goes into the hen and in turn, what comes out of the egg. Through continuous curiosity, research, and enrichment, one outcome stood out unmistakably: a yolk that was deeply, distinctly orange. Not as a cosmetic result, but as a visible marker of care, nutrition, and intention perfected over time.

The final design anchored itself in this single, honest truth: Orange is the New Life, guided by the brand belief Curiously Truthful. This belief-led system comes alive through egg-shaped illustrations that act as thoughtful storytelling frames; holding human moments, nutrition, and care, expressing nourishment and trust with quiet, confident clarity. Each egg becomes a contained narrative space, smart and symbolic, deeply aligned with the idea that life and meaning begin inside.

Note: This case study documents an approved belief-led design direction. The brand later evolved for market ex*****on.

Some clients don’t just want to “see” ideas.

They want to build them from belief, not from moodboards.

That’s when branding becomes what it truly should be: a co-discovery.

BorderPlus is one such story.
A global talent mobility platform, BorderPlus connects skilled workers, especially nurses and other blue-collar professionals from emerging markets to high-growth international careers, primarily in healthcare across Europe.

We didn’t start with moodboards or colour palettes.

We started with a conversation; about purpose, about opportunity, about what holds people back.

After a decade, it’s been a joy to collaborate again with Mayank Kumar (our first partnership being UpGrad) and this time, alongside Ayush Mathur, we went deeper than ever into the why.

What emerged was a robust brand belief that felt both bold and humane:

Borders shouldn’t limit anyone’s opportunities.

That single line became our compass; shaping everything from the logo to the tone, from design decisions to investor conversations.

Earlier this year, that belief came alive; when BorderPlus officially launched in February, backed by a strong sense of purpose and investor confidence. Seeing it move from thought to reality was one of those moments that remind you why belief-led branding matters.

When belief leads the way, the brand doesn’t just look right, it feels inevitable.

That’s what BorderPlus became.

And that’s why we always choose belief over moodboards. 🚀
