Good health is built in the small things we do consistently.

That's why our Physical Health Workshop focused on something many of us experience every day: long hours at a desk, limited movement and the impact this can have on our wellbeing over time.

Together with Daniela Pixner from Beweglich Trainingstherapie our team explored how mobility, stability and body awareness can help create a healthier and more balanced workday. Through practical exercises and hands-on insights, the three sessions showed how small adjustments can make a meaningful difference.

Because physical health isn't just about sports or workouts. It's about creating habits that support long-term health and feeling your best throughout the day.

Following our Mental Health Workshop earlier this year, this Functional Core Training marks another step in our Health Initiative 2026 – with the goal to strengthen both mental and physical wellbeing at work.

Because sustainable performance starts with taking care of the people behind it.

Mission Day 2026 took us to Croatia: from Rijeka to Krk, from Vrbnik to Buzet.

Three days filled with new perspectives, shared experiences, and moments that truly brought our team culture to life: from team talks on the road, to local wine tastings, traditional cuisine, and an exciting truffle hunt in Istria.

But more than anything, Mission Day is about what connects us as a team: shared ambition, mutual trust and the energy to keep moving forward together. 🤝💙

Mental strength doesn't happen by accident. It starts with understanding how we deal with pressure, challenges and our own energy levels.

During our Mental Health session with Johanna Fischer, the focus was on exactly that: understanding stress, building resilience and learning why recovery is essential for sustainable performance.

Between valuable insights, honest conversations and practical impulses, one thing became clear: health is more than physical fitness – it's also about mental clarity, focus and balance.

An important part of our Health Initiative 2026 and a topic that consciously has its place at ADDITIVE.

Warum läuft man einen Halbmarathon?

Wir haben genau das einige unserer Teammitglieder nach dem Lauf in Malta gefragt.

Die Antworten sind so unterschiedlich wie die Menschen selbst – und haben doch eines
gemeinsam:
Es geht um mehr als nur das Ziel.

Um den Kopf freizubekommen – und gleichzeitig alles zu geben.
Um den eigenen Anspruch, den nächsten Schritt zu machen.
Und manchmal auch einfach darum, gemeinsam an die Startlinie zu gehen – und zu sehen,
wer am Ende vorne ist.

Was im Sport gilt, gilt auch im Büro:
