عند البداية في مشروع لتجربة المستخدم٬ اول خطوة من المشروع هي القيام ببحث. يساعدنا البحث في التعرف على المستخدمين وعلى سلوكهم٬ وكيف يشعرون عند التفاعل مع المنتج.

ها هي الخمس خطوات الرئيسية لإجراء بحث تجربة المستخدم، من إيرين ساندرز.

UX research is the starting point for a project. It helps us learn about the users and their behavior & how they feel when interacting with our product.

The 5 main steps for conducting , by Erin Sanders.

1. Objectives: What are the knowledge gaps we need to fill?
2. Hypotheses: What do we think we understand about our users?
3. Methods: Based on time and manpower, what methods should we select?
4. Conduct: Gather data through the selected methods.
5. Synthesize: Fill in the knowledge gaps, prove or disprove our hypotheses, and discover opportunities for our design efforts.

أفضل الممارسات لعملية فرز البطاقات

· حدد عدد البطاقات. من المغري أن ترغب في أن يقوم المشارك بفرز "كل" المحتوى الخاص بك، ولكن كن على دراية بعدم إرهاق المشاركين. نوصي بـ 30 إلى 40 موضوع، خاصة بالنسبة للفرز المفتوح.
· إذا كان ذلك ممكنًا ، فقم بترتيب المحتوى عشوائيًا بحيث يكون لكل جزء من المحتوى فرصة ليتم فرزها في وقت مبكر من الجلسة.
· زود المشاركين بتقدير للمدة التي سيستغرقها فرز البطاقة قبل بدء الجلسة لمساعدتهم على قياس الوقت والجهد المطلوبين بشكل أفضل.
· ضع في اعتبارك فوائد مطالبة المشاركين بإكمال الفرز. بالنسبة للفرز المفتوح، فكر في مطالبتهم بفرز البطاقات، ولكن ربما لا يتم تصنيفها، لأن هذا قد يكون الجزء الأكثر صعوبة من المهمة، شريطة أن تكون قد حددت العناصر الخاصة بك على النحو المقترح.
· ضع في اعتبارك تطبيق الفرز المفتوح كجزء 1 والفرز المغلق كجزء 2 من عمليتك. يسمح لك أحدهما بمعرفة ما يتوافق معًا، بينما يسمح لك 2 باختبار التسميات الخاصة بك لمعرفة ما إذا كانت بديهية للمشاركين.

هل تعتمد تجربة المستخدم على التكنولوجيا؟

لا تعتمد تجربة المستخدم على التكنولوجيا وحدها. على العكس من ذلك، فهو يركز على البشر – أي وهم المستخدمين وتجاربهم وتفاعلاتهم مع البرامج. تذكر أن المستخدمين في معظم الاحيان لا يعرفون ما يريدون وهذا يترك لك مسؤولية تقديم أفضل تجربة للبرنامج أو المنتج الذي سيستخدمونه.

UX is not driven by technology alone. On the contrary, it focuses on humans – that is, end-users and their experiences and interactions with a system. It is not only about enhancing the existing experience but also about creating better experiences. Remember, users do not know what they want and that leaves you with the responsibility of delivering the best experience on the system or product they are going to use.

يحكم الناس على تجربة ما بناءً على شعورهم في ذروتها وفي نهايتها، بدلاً من المجموع الكلي أو المتوسط لكل لحظة من التجربة. يحدث هذا التأثير بغض النظر عما إذا كانت التجربة ممتعة أو غير سارة.

كيف يمكن تطبيقه في تجربة المستخدم:
اسعى لتقديم أفضل تجربة ممكنة في أكثر النقاط كثافة واللحظات الأخيرة من رحلة المستخدم.
قلل من نقاط الألم. يتذكر الناس التجارب السلبية بشكل أكثر وضوحًا من التجارب الإيجابية.

People judge an experience primarily based on how they felt at its peak and at its end, rather than the total sum or average of every moment of the experience. This effect occurs regardless of whether the experience is pleasant or unpleasant.

Key takeaways for designers:
· Strive to provide the best possible experience in the most intense points and the final moments of the user journey.
· Reduce the pain-points. People recall negative experiences more vividly than positive ones.
