Have you ever lost something that matters so much to you only to realise later in your adult life that it had a big effect?.

We fight so many battles while growing up not knowing that if not addressed ,they then come back to haunt us later in life. The outcome can be ugly , the repercussions regrettable.

Join host Adero Ocholler and Jeremy as they discuss "Down that drink' .. Live on Saturday at 3pm on the L.in.K page https://www.facebook.com/Life.in.KE/

Meet today's guest !

'I am Fred kiserem and I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2011 while I was working in Iraq as a pastry chef.

They did an EEG test on me and they found I was having tonic clonic seizures and thats where my battle began with Epilepsy. To cope, I had to return home.

Shortly after, I started the kiserem epilepsy foundation an organization that creates awareness about epilepsy and we are members of the national epilepsy coordination committee.'
