Here’s what might be working against your progress:

𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭. Get to the point quickly; otherwise, your recipients might get bored and not read to the end.
𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐢𝐭 —they know it’s automated. Therefore, be reasonable in your personalization. Avoid cliches such as "We just saw you did X."
