• Run an effective and efficient marketing program, including the marketing calendar, contractors, and overall tasks related to the marketing strategy.
• Monitoring effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media advertising campaigns
• Analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
• Work closely with the Driver Recruiting and Sales Departments to create the advertising campaigns
• Manage the department budget and optimization
• Stay up to date on trucking and logistics industry ever-changing news
• Manage consistency across all digital marketing channels, including the Company's website

I keep saying this, you just have to keep doing the best that you can today until one day, you get it done.
You might not get it done today, tomorrow, in a year or even 5yrs. Just don’t give up on yourself! Believe in yourself that one day, your little efforts will add up and give you the fulfillment you are looking for and it will be all worth it
