🎉 MIARIRO SACCO WELFARE PROGRAM🎉
It was a colourful and eventful day as Miariro Sacco officially launched its Welfare Programme, bringing together vendors, hawkers, small-scale traders, clergy, the DCC, sitting leaders, and aspirants from across Nyeri County.
Led by Chairperson Mr. Maina Kamami, the Sacco was praised for empowering traders who save from as little as KSh 20 a day.
Members from Nyeri town, Kieni, Mukurweini, Tetu, Mathira, and beyond attended the event, reaffirming their commitment to growing together.
The SACCO also unveiled its vision of expanding member benefits, including future insurance programmes and affordable housing projects for the members.
Small savings, stronger businesses, and a united community.

A seasoned journalist and a familiar voice in Nyeri County, Lillian Wanjiku Gathua, popularly known as Ngatha ya Mugunda, has thrown her hat into the ring for the Mugunda Ward MCA seat on the DCP ticket.

A former nominated MCA representing Kiamururu in Mugunda Ward, Kieni Constituency, she brings with her years of leadership experience, public service, and community engagement.

Known by many as a compassionate mother and a leader with a clean record, Wanjiku Wa Francis has built extensive networks both nationally and internationally, which she hopes to leverage for the benefit of the people of Mugunda.
