The Late Mr. Joram Kamau set up a shop named Magic in the dusty town of Rongai in Nakuru in 1982 that he would later grow into Tusker Mattresses, and is today simply known as Tuskys.

Only 12 miles from Nairobi city center is Rolfs place/leopard cliff mansion bordering the Nairobi National Park. The Mansion at Rolf's Place popularly known as Leopard Cliff Mansion is built like a medieval fortress on the edge of a cliff it overlooks.Access over the gorge is provided by an adventurers suspension bridge which reminds one of an Indian Jones movie The park.
On a clear day at Leopard cliff Mansion Boutique Hotel, one can appreciate a panoramic view of Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Kenya and the adjacent Ngong hills (the scenic setting of Karen Blixen Estate). The neighboring game parks afford one the unique opportunity to view wild animals across the gorge. The roaring of lions and leopards often pierce stillness of the night.
