The truth?

I was on antidepressants for over 15 years. While I felt some relief early on, over time my anxiety only got worse. It felt like I was chasing stability I could never quite reach. The last time I tried going back on medication, I was hit with intense side effects — and that’s when I knew I had to look for a different path.

Just because it’s “natural” doesn’t mean it’s safe.

Doctors are prescribing high doses of melatonin to children for sleep — but research shows this can disrupt hormones, delay puberty, cause next-day grogginess, and even lead to dependency or overdose. The body only needs 0.1–0.3mg — yet many supplements contain 3–10mg or more. 😳

Between 2012–2021, melatonin overdoses in kids rose over 500%, with thousands hospitalized (CDC).

Instead of reaching for a pill (even a “natural” one), we need to support the root cause of sleep issues: nervous system dysregulation, overstimulation, anxiety, or poor sleep hygiene.

✨ Better sleep support for kids:
– Calming bedtime routines + screen-free wind-down
– Gut and mineral support
– Nervous system regulation (somatics, FasterEFT, breathwork)

Hormone headaches every month??

If you've experienced them, you know how awful they can be. They literally used to take me out for 4 days every single month. Talk about a headache🤪😅

Headaches on/around your cycle are due to a hormonal imbalance, caused by estrogen dominance. The good news? There are natural options to help alleviate them and correct the hormone imbalance!

The two things that have helped me tremendously are:

1. Homeopathy

Homeopathic medicine has been around for decades and works with the body's own healing system. The particular remedy that can be helpful for hormonal headaches is Natrum Muriaticum. I suggest having both 30ch and 200ch on hand. Start with 30ch and dose 3 pellets under the tongue as needed. Repeat only if symptoms come back. If you're finding the 30ch stops working, that's an indicator to move up to 200ch. (Not medical advice)

2. Cellular Hydration

Most people today are walking around chronically dehydrated, because a) They're not drinking enough water, and/or b) They're not drinking water that is actually hydrating them on a cellular level. Ionized water is rich in active molecular hydrogen, which is the world's most potent antioxidant. It penetrates the cells 6× faster than any other water on the planet, crosses the blood-brain barrier, and has been studied on over 170 different disease models. The water we drink matters.

Since incorporating these two natural options, my headaches are far less severe, and I rarely ever have to reach for a Tylenol. Natural remedies for the win🙌

Another natural option you can try incorporating is an estrogen balancing supplement like Estrosense. It is blend of herbs that helps to balance out excess estrogen in the body.
