Americano appeared as an analogue to the filter method. In the mid-20th century, American soldiers were often based in Europe. And they ordered coffee. But the espresso was too strong for them and they asked to dilute it with water to get the usual soft taste, reminiscent of a familiar filter coffee.

ICE ICE LATTE
The history of the appearance of latte takes us to Italy, to the 40s of the last century.
We have Italian mothers to thank for creating our favorite drink 😉
Almost everyone in Italy drinks coffee, from young to old, but, of course, no one poured espresso for children.
And then, so that Italian children could also try everyone’s favorite coffee, it was poured into a mug with a lot of milk; it was this recipe that served as the basis for the modern latte.
The barista’s flight of imagination is limitless: syrups are added to the latte, pictures are drawn on the foam, and ice is also added to it.
