A fellow teacher asked Zenki Lab to make personalized key tags for her class this Children’s Day. 💙

The damage started underneath.

At first glance, this desk organizer came off the Bambu Lab P2S looking clean. But the bottom face showed that the print bed’s textured finish had transferred only in patches, evidence that the part lost contact with the bed during printing.

The visible consequences were a bowed panel, a delaminated patch and a torn rim.

Because this was made for my own desk and remained usable, I kept it. Client orders are treated differently: every print is inspected before delivery, and parts that don’t meet the agreed requirements are reprinted.

Would you diagnose this as bed-adhesion loss followed by warping, or is there another contributing issue you would investigate?

Before my last day at my old job, I wanted to leave the team with something personal.
