In a world where we put our well-being in the hands of strangers on the net, it hardly comes as a shocker to find many people with uncountable mental health related issues.
Anti-depressants now come in the form of DMs and comments of people wanting to look like you or wanting to know how you look the way you do.
Most of us suffer from anxiety related to self-esteem because how easy it has become to compare ourselves to people all over the world.
It’s easy for us to lose sight of what we are when we start comparing ourselves to people of complete different lifestyle. Keep in mind that you are good enough as much as you believe yourself to be. The more you let the internet control the way you feel, the more you'll feel alienated - emotionally and otherwise.
