On behalf of all marketers (National Assembly) across the nation, members of the National Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, the Management Team, and the Staff of the Liberia Marketing Association, Inc., we extend warmest congratulations to the Government and people of Liberia on this historic occasion of our 178th Independence Day.
This day marks not only our freedom from colonial rule but also the resilience, unity, and determination that define us as Liberians. As marketersβthe backbone of Liberiaβs informal economyβthe LMA remain committed to fostering trade, empowering small businesses, and contributing to national development.
We commend the leadership of President Boakai, Vice President Koung, Speaker Koon, and Senate Pro Tempore Karnga-Lawrence for their efforts in steering the nation toward peace and prosperity. The LMA pledges its continued support in promoting fair trade, economic inclusion, and policies that benefit all Liberians.
As we celebrate this day, let us reflect on our shared values, uphold the rule of law, and work together for a better Liberia.
