The 8th National Youth Peace Summer Camp is Here!!
Applications are now open for Messengers of Peace-Liberia Inc. 8th National Youth Peace Summer Camp 2026, a week-long residential leadership and peacebuilding experience bringing together 100 young people from across Liberia.
This year’s camp, under the theme, "Youth & the Agenda 2063: Daily Commitments for the Africa We Want," is hosted in partnership with the AU Youth for Peace (Y4P) Africa Programme through the Department of Political Affairs, Peace and Security (PAPS), and the Catholic Bishop Conference of Liberia (CABICOL). The camp will empower young people to understand the African Union Agenda 2063, while equipping participants with the knowledge and skills needed to identify areas for practical contributions to shaping the Africa We Want.

Young women, persons with disabilities, and young people from rural Liberia and underrepresented communities are strongly encouraged to apply.
📌: Application is Absolutely Free. Transportation, feeding, certification, and accommodation will be covered by MOP with no cost to participants.
However, Participants traveling from outside Montserrado will be responsible for their transportation to the camp venue in Gbarnga, B**g County. Messengers of Peace-Liberia will only facilitate the return transportation from the camp back to your respective counties on the day of departure. Participants from Montserrado will leave and return with designated buses coordinated by camp managers.
