I honored an invitation from Young Life to speak with young people at their recent boys’ camp.

I spoke on identifying passion and building a career, focusing on clarity, discipline, and purpose. The engagement was honest, energetic, and deeply encouraging.

Having the chance to inspire and motivate the next generation of leaders brought me real joy and a renewed sense of purpose.
