Position Overview:
Bold Creative, on behalf of Fresh Experience PTY LTD, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Specialist (Intern) to join our team. This role involves supporting business development initiatives, managing sales processes, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. The incumbent will work closely with the sales team and the Operations Manager, taking care of existing accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. The main focus will be on executing the Fresh Experience strategy, particularly for Bold Creative. Successful ex*****on of business strategies may lead to a transition into the Lead Business Development and Operations Manager role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Support business development strategies.
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Participate in client meetings and follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.
- Manage existing accounts for client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to present and sell effectively, including "selling ice to an Eskimo."
