Zuständigkeiten:
Deine Hauptaufgabe ist es, Content für die verschiedenen Social Media-Kanäle unserer Kunden zu erstellen und zu verwalten (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Missionen:
Deine Aufgaben sind wie folgt definiert:

- Fotos/Videos: Aufnahmen hinter den Kulissen, Veranstaltungen, Interviews, Testimonials usw.
- Grafische Gestaltung/Veröffentlichung: Posts und Stories in Übereinstimmung mit den Design-Guidelines unserer Kunden
- Kreation von Content: Kreative und dynamische Videobearbeitung sowie die anschließende Veröffentlichung
- Community-Management: Austausch und Interaktion mit der Community unserer Kunden (Antworten auf Kommentare und private Nachrichten)
- Influencer-Kollaboration und Partnerschaften: Organisation von Kooperationen mit Influencern, Unternehmen oder sonstigen Partnern

Profil:

- Du bist kreativ und hast innovative Ideen
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für verschiedene Zielgruppen und stellst die richtigen Fragen
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen oder Praktika in den Bereichen Content-Management und Soziale Medien gesammelt
- Du hast bereits Social Media Kanäle selber verwaltet und eigenen Content für diese erstellt
- Du kennst dich aus mit der Erstellung von Kurzvideos (Reels, IGTV, TikTok, Stories, Live-Streaming...)
- Du bist gut organisiert und selbstständig
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Grafikdesign und kannst mit Video-Tools umgehen (z.B. Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Luxemburgisch und Französisch sind ein Plus.
