Iโ€™ve already had around 10 meetings with entrepreneurs, where we discussed their marketing strategies and overall views on this area of their business. I noticed one interesting patternโ€”most said that at this stage of their development, it's better to bring in an external team of professionals (or a specialist) rather than having an in-house one. A few pointed out that they would still only consider hiring in-house, as that person would be more immersed in the business and more motivated to achieve results.

I believe both approaches have their merits. However, I think the future, even for larger companies, lies in a hybrid format where an in-house strategist handles the big picture while external contractors, selected according to the strategy, execute the tactics.

And the key to success in all of this is finding the right colleagues. While I can't give you tips on hiring in-house, I can definitely help with finding external contractors.
