What's your problem?
After 1000's of sales calls, this is the ONE question I try to answer (and the one question I'd want my team or those I train to answer).
Why?
Because if there's no problem, there's no payment š
But here's where most "trainers" miss the mark...
They give you COMPLICATED scripts, word tracks, and tricks to answer this BASIC question.
So when you bring real curiosity to the call, you'll get to the bottom of WHY someone's on a call with you.
And for those that don't know me, let me prequalify this by sharing that I've COLLECTED over $30M in revenue for myself and clients - sooooo glad I got that out of the way š
Do not sell features and benefits without knowing what outcome your potential client wants to achieve.
For example, most of my clients want more INCOME but they say they want more LEADS. Those are not the same thing, and more leads does NOT equal more INCOME.
Transparently, we could make way more income without leads by learning how to close deals better, or re-engaging current clients/leads with ascension offers.
So if I can figure out the real issue, I can make a real BANGER offer for them! That's a "hell yes" kind of situation you should be in on EVERY (qualified) call.
