The videos help teachers deliver dance lessons as part of their PE offering for KS1.

Each 20-minute film can be used as the basis of a lesson and be adapted according to your needs. The films have sections in which the children follow the instructions from Naomi and Nigel, and sections where the children move independently, using
the music as a stimulus.

The videos end with a cool down for the whole class to enjoy together helping them regain a sense of calm, ready for the next part of their school day.
