We owe you a bit of a social media apology.

If our page has seemed a little quiet lately, it’s not because we’ve run out of things to say it’s because we’ve been very busy doing the work.

The kind of busy where projects stack up in the best possible way.
The kind where calendars fill, ideas fly around the room, and suddenly you look up and realize a few weeks have gone by without posting a single thing.

Marketing experts would probably tell us we should be posting three times a week, scheduling content months in advance, and leveraging every trending hashtag.

Instead… we’ve been spending that time working with some incredible clients and helping bring their projects to life.

So while our social feed may have been a little quiet, behind the scenes it’s been anything but.

We’re incredibly grateful for the trust our clients place in us and for the work that keeps us busy doing what we love.

We’ll try to pop up here a little more often moving forward but if we go quiet again, just assume it’s because we’re elbows-deep in something exciting.

And honestly… that’s exactly how we like it.

Our Story

The Company Inc. was founded in March of 2017 by Shawna Mancini and Scott Pym-Hember. At the time it was little more than a dream to build a sustainable business that would allow the partners to provide for their families while doing what they loved.

Within the first year they added Jose (Doc) Cueto and Jacek Krzywicki. These new partners changed the game completely and allowed TCI to add marketing services and technical innovation to the already stellar media production offering.

The Company Inc. has been built on dreams and hard work, and that is how we will continue to foster its growth everyday. Our vision is simple, make great things with great people, and we are ready to get started making those great things with you.
