Ce riad atypique est situé en pleine medina de Marrakech, dans le quartier très prisé de Bab Laksour á 4 minutes á pied de la fameuse place Jamaa El Fna.
Celui-ci est construit comme une pyramide inversée. Le riad a été entierement reconstruit à neuf depuis les fondations avec les materiaux et les techniques anciennes et nouvelles.
Le Rdc : 73 m2, 1er étage : 109 m2, 2ème étage : 114 m2, terrasses : 117 m2 + 14 m2. Total : 427 m2 - (16 x 3) 32 m2 de la cour intérieure = 379 m2 au total
Au rez-de-chaussée, á l’entrée, la partie pour la réception, une toilette. Au centre, la cour intérieure, un bhou (salon ouvert typique marocain qui donne sur la cour), il y a aussi un salon, une salle à manger et une petite cuisine avec porte coulissante.
Au premier étage, vous avez une pièce pour la femme de ménage avec une toilette privée, un bureau, 2 chambres avec salle de bain et une suite avec une cheminée et une grande salle de bain. Tout le premier étage est équipé du chauffage central.
Au deuxième étage, il y a 3 chambres avec salle de bain (deux chambres sont communicantes) et une suite avec grande salle de bain. Donc quatre au total.
En terrasse se trouvent une grande cuisine, un coin avec une longue banquette entourée de mamounia, une toilette avec do**he, une petite pièce pour la machine à laver et un escalier en colimaçon pour accéder à la seconde terrasse qui surplombe Marrakech sur 360 degrés avec vue sur l'Atlas.
Il faut prévoir quelques travaux pour terminer le riad.

This atypical riad is located in the middle of Marrakech, in the popular district of Bab Laksour 4 minutes walk from the famous Jamaa El Fna.
This one is built like an inverted pyramid. The riad has been completely rebuilt from the foundations with old and new materials and techniques.
The ground floor: 73 m2, 1st floor: 109 m2, 2nd floor: 114 m2, terraces: 117 m2 + 14 m2. Total: 427 m2 - (16 x 3) 32 m2 of the inner courtyard = 379 m2 in total
On the ground floor, at the entrance, the party for the reception, a toilet. In the center, the courtyard, a bhou (typical open Moroccan living room overlooking the courtyard), there is also a living room, a dining room and a small kitchen with sliding door.
On the first floor you have a room for the maid with a private toilet, an office, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and a suite with a fireplace and a large bathroom. The entire first floor is equipped with central heating.
On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms with bathroom (two rooms are communicating) and a suite with large bathroom. So four in total.
On the terrace are a large kitchen, a corner with a long bench surrounded by mamounia, a toilet with shower, a small room for the washing machine and a spiral staircase to access the second terrace overlooking Marrakech 360 degrees with views on the Atlas.
Some work is needed to complete the riad.
