It's not about the product, here it's more about the people.
You don't have to be a master of words or an artist to create a compelling story. You just have to be able to listen closely, understand your customers' needs, and then put together the right pieces to tell them what they want to hear, because a good story can both make them feel like they're part of something bigger, and help them connect with the products and services you offer.
