About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, running paid ad campaigns, updating website content, and crafting data-driven marketing plans to grow our business.
This is a hands-on role where creativity meets analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies.
Analyze customer journey and sales funnel to identify opportunities for optimization.
Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans with measurable goals.
Paid Advertising
Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
A/B test creatives, audiences, and ad copy to improve performance.
Monitor ad spend and ensure positive ROI.
Content & Social Media
Plan and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across all channels.
Respond to community interactions and monitor engagement metrics.
Website & SEO
Update website with new content, promotions, landing pages, and blog posts.
Work with design/dev team (or CMS) to ensure UX and conversion optimization.
Implement basic on-page SEO best practices.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, retention, and lead quality.
Report performance weekly and make data-informed adjustments.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad dashboards.

Requirements:
2+ years experience in digital or growth marketing roles.
Proficiency in running and optimizing paid ads.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.

🚀 Hiring Process & Commitment
🧪 Trial Period:
We start with a 2-week paid trial, requiring approximately 2 hours per day. This helps us evaluate working style, communication, and skill alignment before moving forward.
📆 Contract Phase:
After a successful trial, you may be offered a part-time or full-time contract depending on your performance and project needs:
1 to 3 months ongoing work
2 hours per day, with potential to increase based on dedication and results
