🏠 THE LANDLORD, THE AGENT, AND THE TENANT
When Musa built his small house at the corner of the street, he was proud. He worked many years for it. Now he was a landlord.
But Musa was always busy, so he called Tunde, the agent.
“Find me a good tenant,” Musa said.
“I will bring someone responsible,” Tunde replied, smiling.
After some days, Amina came looking for a house. She was tired of moving from place to place. She wanted peace.
Tunde showed her Musa’s house.
“This one is good. The landlord is strict but fair,” he said.
Amina paid the rent. Everyone was happy.
Months passed.
One day, the roof started leaking during heavy rain. Amina called Tunde.
“Please tell the landlord to fix this,” she said.
Tunde delayed the message. Musa thought Amina was complaining too much. Amina thought Musa didn’t care. Small misunderstanding started growing like fire in dry grass.
Finally, they all met face to face.
Amina said, “I pay my rent on time. I just want a safe home.”
Musa said, “I worked hard for this house. I just want respect.”
Tunde kept quiet.
That day they understood something simple:
A landlord needs trust.
A tenant needs comfort.
An agent needs honesty.
Without communication, even a small house can hold big problems.
But with understanding, even strangers can live in peace.
Lesson: In life, everyone has a role. Do your part well, and peace will follow
