Viettel Construction Myanmar is currently seeking qualified candidates for Technical Maintenance Specialist positions to be based at our South Okkalapa Head Office & Regional Branch
Offices.
1.Technical Maintenance Specialist (M)
Job Description
Perform routine preventive maintenance for generators, solar systems, and air conditioners according to company standards.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment faults efficiently on-site.
Replace spare parts and consumables in accordance with maintenance procedures.
Complete detailed maintenance reports, checklists, and photo records accurately after every job.
Ensure full compliance with technical procedures, safety standards (QHSE), and specific customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver maintenance services efficiently.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of generators, solar systems, air conditioners, or related equipment.
Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel for on-site maintenance work.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
