Business Development Executive (M/F - 2 Posts)
Responsibilities:
🤝 Proactively contact potential clients to introduce InoBird's services and generate interest.
🤝 Prepare professional business proposals, contracts, and daily sales activity reports.
🤝 Assist the creative and operation teams in coordinating project requirements for new clients.
🤝 Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
🤝 Ensure rapid response times to inquiries and maintain a professional first impression for the brand.
Senior Graphic Designer (M/F - 2 Posts)
Responsibilities:
🎨 Lead the creation of KVs and concepts for major branding and marketing campaigns under the supervision of the Art Director.
🎨 Develop comprehensive branding assets, including logos, typography, and color palettes for diverse clients.
🎨 Review and critique design outputs to ensure they meet the company's high-quality standards.
🎨 Provide technical and creative guidance to junior designers and establish design guidelines.
🎨 Partner with the video and marketing teams to provide high-impact design assets on time.
Videographer (M - 1 Post)
Responsibilities:
🎬 Lead on-site filming processes, ensuring storyboard concepts are translated into high-quality visuals.
🎬 Expertly handle professional cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
🎬 Create cinematic frames and visual compositions that align perfectly with the client's brand identity.
🎬 Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Content Creators to complete shoots within the designated timeline.
🎬 Organize and back up raw footage systematically to ensure data security and easy retrieval.
Video Editor (M - 1 Post)
Responsibilities:
✂️ Transform raw footage into compelling stories through precise cutting, pacing, and flow.
✂️ Perform professional color grading and sound mixing to enhance the emotional impact of the video.
✂️ Integrate text animations, 2D/3D motion graphics, and visual effects as required.
✂️ Implement internal and client feedback efficiently to deliver a polished final product.
✂️ Export and optimize videos for various platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Job Details:
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Off Day: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
Location: No. 128, Thiri Road, Royal Thazin Nwe Condo - 4th Floor, Hlaing Township, Yangon.
