📌Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, or a Creative Agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and digital content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Figma, Adobe After Effects, or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and lead projects from concept to final ex*****on while maintaining high design standards.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Ability to mentor junior designers and collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and account teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media content, and emerging creative technologies.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar) to improve design workflow is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous learning.
