Position - Operation Manager (Full Time, Permanent)
Location - North Dagon Township
Working Hours - 9 am to 5 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Job Description:
As our Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in
Coordinating daily customer service operations.
-Tracking and ensuring progress towards weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
-Evaluating employee performance while providing supervision and motivation for daily tasks.
-Coaching and supporting new and existing associates and BAs.
-Engaging with clients to understand and evaluate their needs.
-Analyzing customer behaviors to create effective project plans and proposals.
-Ensuring all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
-Any Graduate.
-Age above 30 years old.
-3 years and above experience in the FMCG field.
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
-Ability to manage the operation team.
