We are Hiring TikTok & Facebook Reels Video Editor
Job Requirements
* TikTok နှင့် Facebook Reels ကဲ့သို့သော လူမှုမီဒီယာပလက်ဖောင်းများအတွက် ဗီဒီယိုတိုများကို ဆွဲဆောင်မှုရှိရှိ Edit လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
* Retouch နှင့် Color Grading ကို အရည်အသွေးမြင့်မားစွာ လုပ်တတ်ရပါမည်။
* ကိုယ်ပိုင် Laptop (သို့) PC ရှိရပါမည်။
* မီးပျက်သည့်အခါများတွင်ပါ အလုပ်မပျက်စေရန် Inverter (သို့) Battery Backup စနစ် ပြည့်စုံစွာရှိရပါမည်။
* အင်တာနက်လိုင်းကောင်းရပါမည်။
**အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်မည့်ပုံစံ -**
* **ရုံးတက်ရန်မလိုပါ။** အိမ်မှနေ၍သာ အဓိကအလုပ်လုပ်ရမည်။
* တစ်ပတ်လျှင် **၂ ရက်ခန့်** သာ ကြည့်မြင်တိုင်မြို့နယ်ရှိ ကျွန်တော်နှင့် ရုံးခန်းတွင် လာရောက်တွေ့ဆုံပြီး Footage များယူကာ Editing အကြောင်း ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးရန် လိုအပ်ပါမည်။
**အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်များ -**
* လစာကို သင့်အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့် လုပ်နိုင်စွမ်းအပေါ် မူတည်၍ ဆွေးနွ်းညှိနှိုင်းသတ်မှတ်မည်။
* လွတ်လပ်စွာအလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သော ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်။

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Video Editor with a strong expertise in creating engaging, short-form content for TikTok and Facebook Reels. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, exceptional editing skills, and the technical setup to work reliably from home.
Mandatory Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in editing highly engaging short-form video content.
Expert proficiency in color grading and retouching.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and understanding of social media trends.
Must own a reliable laptop/computer with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Must have a stable and high-speed internet connection.
Must have a reliable power backup solution (e.g., Inverter, Generator, Large-capacity Battery) to ensure work continues without interruption during power outages.
Work Arrangement:
This is a primarily remote (work-from-home) position.
You are required to meet in-person at our office in Kyeemyindaing Township twice a week to:
Receive new footage and project briefs.
Discuss and review edits.
Plan content strategy.
