Administration Executive and Personal Assistant vacancy open for our Curaçao office!

Patras Services B.V, part of Dilanti Media Group, is a web solutions company. With focus on user experience and with the use of the latest technologies and trends we service companies in search of online traffic.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Company directors based in Malta and in Curacao.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Performing day to day general accounting and administrative functions
• General office management including managing office supplies and services
• Organization of internal company events and managing external events requirements
• Managing travel requests and booking of travelling arrangements
• Managing company inbox and sending out of company mail
• Providing general finance and admin support to the team
• Carrying out other related finance and administrative duties
• General compliance

This role calls for a dynamic, meticulous, organized and focused individual with excellent attention to detail, who is able to multitask and is eager to learn. The selected candidate must be a good team player with excellent communication skills and who is able to move in a fast-moving environment. The role necessitates a good knowledge of Microsoft and Google office products and having knowledge of virtual environments.

At the iGB Affiliate Awards 2019 in London we were crowned Best Affiliate Newcomer by our industry colleagues and partners from around the world.
