Just a quick update for all clients using any of our real estate websites or MLS / IDX feeds.

Last week we sat down and tried to figure out how to improve upon the MLS & real estate services that we offer as a whole, this is what we have done to make your life better.

NO.. We haven't changed any prices, but you do get a lot more "Bang" for your "buck".

MLS Feed and property update is now hourly instead of 24/hourly, although this has added a major load to the server we have tested this for over a week now and we are confident that no issues will arise from doing an hourly pull.

We are now pulling ALL images from all properties accross Residential, Land and Commercial listings, instead of just 10.

All images and content is saved in our cloud AND has an extra backup layer, this prevents any type of downtime as there are now 3 redundant databases to grab the live info from.

There are a few more updates that we have in the works but I am afraid you are going to have to wait and see what they are!

** MySHH Christmas Shutdown Announcement **
We are about to put a very long and hard working year behind us, its nearly time to say "Goodbye 2015".

Every year at MySHH we give our development and sales team a couple of weeks rest (Online sales system and order processing is still active), this year we have set our Christmas shutdown dates as follows:

Development & Sales teams will be away from the 18th December 2015 until the 4th January 2016

Support & Server teams will still be active 24/7 apart from Christmas day (25th December) from 12 - 17pm for Christmas dinner. We will however have reduced staff working over this period so it will be best to submit a ticket instead of calling as our lines may be busy.

If you have an agreement with your hosting or development manager that work will be done over the Christmas period this will still be completed.

We just wanted to give everyone advanced notice! We wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year in advance too!
