1. Two packets of maize flour k3000 each k6000.

2. Soya pieces k650.

3. Cooking oil tube k1000.

4. Tomato K500

5. Onions k500.

6. Vegetables K500.

7. Charcoal k1000 jumbo.

TOTAL = K10,150. on average a poor family requires k300,000 with this poor diet.

NOTE; IF MEAT OR OTHER RELISH IS ADDED THEN THE BUDGET IS K16, 000 DAILY. on average k480,000.
