Job Description

We are looking for a great content writer to work with a social media agency that handles different accounts for several businesses/franchises in the US.

Whom are we looking for:
Must be ready to serve in a fast-paced and evolving position. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience and an expert level skillset in the following areas:

- Technical proficiency in quickly learning, implementing, and troubleshooting multiple online applications.

- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

- Make Appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities, and available time.

- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.

- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

- Perfect English - written and verbal.

Job requirements:
- Weekly Blogs (700-1,000 words each)

- Weekly LinkedIn Articles (400-600 words each)

- Bi-weekly Newsletters (200-400 words each)

- Website descriptions

- Social ads and social media post copy

- Attend team meeting every Monday

- Attend 1-1 meeting with manager once a week

- Use our task management system to track progress, update status, and submit deliverables

- Tasks must be submitted on time

However, this position is for a person who:
- Loves to be social.
- Has a creative eye.
- Loves to learn the behind-the-scenes business side of using different social media platforms
- Takes ownership and pride in their work.
- Loves to learn new things and can implement new ideas quickly.
- Adapts really well to changes on the go and can execute.
- Can handle direct and blunt feedback.

Production:
- Confirm schedule with customer
- Ensure job jackets are complete when the job is complete
- Order paint and materials as required

Financial:
- Log-in credit card payments
- Record all deposits and expenses
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO’s)
- Invoice Customer
- Cost jobs as they are completed
- Back up and learn QuickBooks

Administration:
- Process all incoming and outgoing email
- Check phone messages
- Replicate several times per day
- Respond to all emails
- Maintain all files
- Enter data as required
- Answer the phones and coordinate messages and task
- Create and maintain any reports requested by Franchisee
- Make sure all employee files (Insurance, W9) are up to date
- Audit sub-contractor insurance (Workers compensation), including making sure Franchisee is listed as certificate holder and expiration dates

Sales:
- Maintain inventory and update all point of sale materials
- Order all sales materials as required
- Update customer reference list
- Data mine mailing as required
- Update customer mailing list
- Call next day estimates/appointments and confirm (leave message)
- Send follow-up letters / emails to current estimates
- Send thank you cards to all completed jobs

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Location: Work from Home / Anywhere
