男士西装怎么穿，除了 fit、cut 和 styling，有没有想过——Colour 也会影响一个男人呈现出来的状态与 Presence？

很开心这次受邀参与 EIB Academy × Sacoor Brothers — The Gentleman’s Edge Workshop，负责其中的 Colour Analysis Session。

两天的 workshop，从 Dr. Liz 分享 Men’s Styling & Suit Styling，到我带大家透过 Colour Analysis，看看不同颜色如何影响一个人的气色、精神状态，以及整体呈现出来的感觉。

我特别喜欢这次直接在 Sacoor Brothers 店内进行的体验——从认识自己的颜色，到实际把适合的色彩运用在西装与日常穿搭上。

你喜欢的颜色，真的就是最适合你的颜色吗？ 🎨

这两天在 Sacoor Brothers 进行 Colour Analysis 时，我发现一个很有趣的现象。

我们以为自己「喜欢」某些颜色，有时候其实是因为曾经有人告诉我们：

“You look good in this colour.”

久而久之，它就成为了我们习惯选择的颜色。

但喜欢、习惯，与真正适合自己，其实是三件不同的事。

适合你的颜色，不只是让气色更好。
它与我们的个性、表达方式，以及呈现出来的Presence，也有很有趣的关联。

这也是我觉得 Colour Analysis 最迷人的地方☺️

A great workshop is not just about listening — it’s about learning through interaction, observation and experience, and turning that knowledge into something practical.

Throughout the session, we explored first impressions, personal colours, body proportions and professional image, helping participants discover how the right colours and image choices can enhance confidence and strengthen their professional presence.

One of my favourite parts was seeing everyone actively participating, observing, discussing and discovering something new about themselves. ✨

Image management is never about making everyone look the same.
It’s about understanding who you are and presenting the best, most authentic version of yourself.

Never stop learning. Never stop growing.

Recently, I had the opportunity to facilitate a corporate training programme for Tokio Marine as part of my professional development journey.

A special thank you to my mentor, Dr.Elizabeth Hor, for her trust, guidance, and generosity in sharing her experience and insights into corporate training delivery.

Over the years, my journey has evolved from personal image consulting, to conducting workshops and training programmes, and now serving on the Board as VP Education of AICI Malaysia.

Every experience is a step forward. Every lesson is part of the journey.

As trainers and consultants, continuous learning is essential to creating greater value for individuals, teams, and organisations.
