End of this semester, what a great 3 weeks class with them.

Most of my career has been spent teaching working professionals, business owners, marketers, and entrepreneurs.

Now stepping into a room full of students? That was a whole new experience.

And you know what? I loved it.

The energy, the fresh perspectives, the curiosity, it reminded me why I’m so passionate about what I do.

Oftentimes, I get asked by my clients or students how to create good and converting Facebook ads in 2024.

Here are 5 important tips on how you can crush it with Facebook Ads:

1. **Know who you are talking to.** You need to know precisely who your audience is.

Instead of saying, "Anyone who has sales problems," you should be specific: "I help new startup coaches get their first $10k in sales in the next 30 days."

2. **Always have a clear message.** What problem do you help them solve? You have to be extremely clear in your messaging.

3. **Always have a clear objective.** What do you want them to do? Do you want them to watch your video? Or do you want them to become leads?

4. **Always perform split testing.** Never run just one ad. Always have 2-3 ads running at the same time.

We need data to tell which ads perform better. You can test between images vs. videos, images with different styles/angles, etc.

5. **Always monitor your campaign with metrics.** Once tips 1, 2, 3, and 4 are ready, you can launch your ads.

Once the ads are running, you need to monitor the performance to ensure the ads are effective. What's the CPL? What's the CPC? What's the CPM? Is it profitable?

Now, you can start launching profitable ads based on these 5 tips.
