Recently, someone reached out to our customer team — not for himself, but on behalf of his friend who runs a Char Kuey Teow stall.
He wanted to know: can Bukku help business owners like his friend record their sales?
What made us smile was how many times he mentioned,
“My friend very busy one ah... he really got no time to stop frying.”
Wish our teammate had asked where this stall is located. Because if business is so good until cannot stop frying... that Char Kuey Teow must be amazing. 👀
But on a serious note — this is exactly the kind of user we always have in mind when we build features.
Like with our e-invoicing feature.
If you run a small business and serve maybe 100 customers a day, what happens when e-invoicing becomes mandatory?
