Gabriel Hunters is a licensed specialist recruitment agency (JTKSM No. 1628) focused on the construction, infrastructure, and data centre sectors. We’re building a team of commission-based BD Hunters who want to earn like entrepreneurs, backed by the brand, infrastructure, and delivery team of an established firm.
What You’ll Do
Your job is simple: open doors and build client relationships. That’s it.
• Identify and approach decision-makers at construction, infrastructure, and data centre companies across Malaysia.
• Conduct outreach using our proven templates, brand collateral, and market intelligence tools.
• Secure meetings, present GH’s value proposition, and close recruitment service agreements.
• Hand over to our delivery team and earn commission on every placement that follows.
You hunt. We cook. You get paid.
What You’ll Earn
This is a performance-based role with progressive commission tiers and no ceiling:
• Tier 1 (0–2 placements/quarter): 12% of placement fee
• Tier 2 (3–5 placements/quarter): 15% of placement fee
• Tier 3 (6+ placements/quarter): 20% of placement fee + 5% bonus if KPI exceeded.
Top performers progress to BD Manager with a base retainer + override on team earnings.

Who You Are
• You have sales DNA - whether from recruitment, insurance, property, financial planning, B2B sales, or hospitality.
• You’re self-driven and don’t need to be chased to do the work.
• You’re comfortable with outreach, objection handling, and relationship building.
• You understand that earnings are proportional to effort, and you want uncapped upside.
• You can work independently while contributing to a team rhythm.
• You’re based in Malaysia (KL/Selangor preferred but not essential).
No recruitment experience required. We train you on the market, the product, and the process.
