2. 迎接E-invoicing时代,我们将开始收集以下信息:
a. 个人学员(非公司):需提供身份证号码(IC)和税号(TIN No)。
b. 公司/企业:需提供公司注册号码(Company Registration No)、税号(TIN No)及MSIC代码。
*如不确定MSIC代码,请咨询您的会计师或查阅SSM文件。
*若为非纳税个人,仅需提交身份证号码(IC No)。
*若为纳税个人,请提交身份证号码(IC No)及税号(TIN No)。
3. 重申: 由于我国将迎接新E-Invoicing时代, 所有收据必须包含名字(与IC名字符合),联络号码, email等资料。 为了确认提供的资料正确,所有报名付款的学员必须填写【报名资料】。 若未能提供完整资料的参加者将无法通过E-Invoicing审核导致报名失败,请多配合。
4. 已经成功付款报名,怒不可退款但是可以更换课程,但是更改课程必须在invoice提供的2天内提出申请。 若课程费用比原本的课程费用更低,将不会把余额退款。若课程费用比原本的课程费用更高,需要在2天内把余额付清方便会计可以准备更新收据

7. 所有需要CLAIM HRDF的,请务必要填上【HRDF APPLICATION FORM】和【DIGITAL SIGNATURE AUTHORIZATION LETTER】一同和10% Registration Fees 给我们,你们的申请才会被受理。所有通过HRDF报名课程都需要付10%的 Registration Fees, 但是如果在上课前已缴纳全额课程费用将会免除此收费,若贵公司无法配合,我们没有办法协助申请,申请将不被处理。
**重申:**我们并非HRDF,因此无法保证100% claim,若申请未获全额批准,并非我们所能控制的问题,也请您理解。同时,请不要因为申请结果而决定不参加课程,在整个过程中,我们的团队花费大量时间与人力为您准备与提交相关文件。先申明,如果您必须要100% claim才愿意报名课程,我们建议您选择其他已提高课程收费、并明确提供相关协助的培训中心,他们或许更符合您的需求。对于通过HRDF参与我们课程的学员,我们并没有因为HRDF而调高任何课程费用,所有收费一律维持原价。若以上安排您无法接受,恕我们无法继续为您提供协助。

2. To welcome E-invoicing era, we will begin to collect following information:-
a.) Personal participant (non-corporate): IC and TIN No are required

*If you are uncertain of your code, kindly refer to your accountant or SSM document
*For individuals who are not tax-payer, kindly submit IC no

3. REPEAT:In conjunction with the practice of upcoming E-invoicing, all receipts must be accomplished with Name (as per IC), contact no, email etc. To ensure participants provide accurate information, participants are required to complete 【Receipt Information/Course Registration Form】. Failure of providing complete and accurate information will resulted failure of recognition by E-Invoicing which resulted failure in course registration. Please cooperate.
4. Once payment has been successfully made, the registration fee and course fee are strictly non-refundable. However, participants are allowed to change to another course, provided that the request is submitted within two (2) days from the invoice issuance date.If the new course fee is lower than the original course fee, the price difference will not be refunded.
In other way, if the new course fee is higher than the original course fee, the outstanding balance must be settled within two (2) days to allow our accounting team to issue an updated receipt.

6. All participants who join 【INTERMEDIATE】,【TIKTOK - PAID ADS】,【AI Content Creation】and【AI Generate Videography & Photography】courses are required to fill in the registration form for 【12-MONTH UNLIMITED REVISION PASS】. Failure to do so will not be entitled for the complimentary 12-Month revision benefit.
**⚠️ Attention:**All students who enrolled in the above courses before 2023 and wish to return for a revision session must provide an official receipt or invoice for verification
7. For all participants who require HRDF claim, please ensure that the HRDF Application Form, Digital Signature Authorization Letter, and 10% Registration Fee are submitted together to us. Only upon receipt of all the above will your application be processed.
All HRDF-funded course registrations require a 10% Registration Fee. However, this fee will be fully waived if the full course fee is paid before the course commencement.
If your company is unable to comply with the above requirements, we regret that we will be unable to assist with the HRDF application, and the application will not be processed.
Important clarification:
We are not HRDF, therefore we cannot guarantee a 100% successful claim. If the claim is not fully approved, this is beyond our control, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
We also request that course participation should not be made conditional upon the HRDF approval outcome. Throughout the process, our team invests significant time and manpower to prepare and submit the required documentation on your behalf.
To be clear, if your participation is strictly dependent on achieving a 100% HRDF claim, we respectfully suggest enrolling with another training provider who may charge higher fees and explicitly offer such guarantees, as they may be better suited to your expectations.
For participants registering via HRDF, we have not increased our course fees in any way. All course fees remain at their original rates, regardless of HRDF involvement.
