About This Position

JustSimple is looking for a creative web designer / web developer that has a great eye for design and is able to think outside of the box.

What You’ll Do
Work with the team to design performant, scalable and secure software services
Debug and monitor existing services and help resolve problems.
Building well-structured UI components that follow best practices
Continuing our journey into a continuous delivery environment
Embedding quality with test automation through contracts
Troubleshooting performance issues
Working closely with all functional & product driven teams

Requirements
Fluent with object oriented PHP and/or other similar languages
Competent in the evaluation and use of design patterns and programming paradigms
Familiar with MVC frameworks
Strong database skills, and firm understanding of MySQL query language
Familiarity with a variety of SOAP and Restful APIs

Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in Software Engineering
Must demonstrate competency in PHP and/or JavaScript
Knowledge of popular PHP frameworks - Node.js, CodeIgniter, Laravel
Experience working with any CMS - Woocommerce, Magento, Drupal
Experience with RESTful interfaces, AJAX, and JSON
Proficient in HTML and CSS
Working knowledge of Linux and Apache
