Blue Giraffe Branding is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, organised Sales & Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Windhoek!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? We need a professional who can:
- Prepare and send client quotations
- Process sales-related admin tasks
- Track orders from placement through delivery
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and supplier availability
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate deliveries
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 1 year of office, admin, or sales admin experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite proficiency)
- Professional communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Independent thinker who takes initiative
